2015 Oirase Shimoda Festival (10th Anniversary of "Oirase Town")
おいらせ町誕生10周年記念　おいらせ下田まつり

An unusual feature of this festival is that instead of the typical dolls, people dressed in costumes--"living dolls"--are on the floats.
