Fireworks masters from across Japan compete in an impressive music and pyrotechnics show at the annual All-Japan National Fireworks Competition (Omagari Fireworks) along the Omono River in Daisen City, Akita Prefecture.

- Only persons 15 years old and up are eligible to participate in the lottery
- Those not selected via lottery may request to be added to a waiting list
- If there are ticket cancellations, another random lottery will be held (from those on the waiting list) and winners of the lottery will be notified
