Description:Tamagao kake gohan (a.k.a. "TKG" = raw egg on rice) is a simple and popular Japanese dish: just crack a raw egg onto a bowl of warm rice and add soy sauce/other condiments to taste. At the Aomori Tamago Kake Gohan Matsuri, enjoｙ a TKG set including Aomori Tsugaru Roman rice, miso soup, tsukemono (pickled cabbage, carrot, and cucumber), a variety of locally made soy sauces, and your choice from of egg from a selection of 15 different types.
